On their cars?
The one that spells Toyoda, replace the D with a T, and you have a winner.

I love all the "TEQ" emblems on my Celica. They should use that one.

An oil cap with that logo exists.

I wonder if it fits on a 1st gen 3S-GTE?

You can get one that will. My 20/22R has an OEM TEQ one. Also, that sticker is available. Forgot where but I'll let you know when I see it.

There are two main types of oil caps for Toyotas, threaded and tabbed. Threaded is the old style of cap, and tabbed is the new style of cap. The TEQ cap is a threaded cap. All Toyota threaded caps use the same thread and sealing surface, except for the Toyota E engine (found in the Tercel), so it should fit.

I think I'll wait until I one day finally get enough money to do the 2nd/3rd gen swap I'm planning.

They must have only started doing that with (relatively) newer Toyotas. I got my info off of a Celica Supra forum, and many Supra owners seem to forget that Toyota made other cars before the Supra.

Worth it just to see the build threads and wheels for sale.

my 18R oil cap is also metal, where my 20R and 22R oil caps (the same) are plastic. the 22R oil cap also fits my friend's 1993 Celica.

HA! In a graphic design class i had we had to create a new logo for a company, I made a modern interpretation of the "teq" logo (which is very hard as i love the original and its kinda timeless) i used more traditional versions of the katakatana letters, and changes the background shape in the shape of the classic "Koreisha mark" as i intended it to be used on more upscale mature sports cars like the supra, as opposed to the 86, which might have gotten a Wakaba style background (i cant remember) and the trucks (pickups and 4runner) which might have just gotten a standalone "teq". The beigemobiles would have the standard toyota badge as to not scare the normal human buyers, keeping the sports cars as toyotas, but clearly giving a nod to enthusiast, effectively killing off scion and the bad rep it has.
That being said, i totally agree with you and will put my logos on here if i can ever get them off the school's computers
